Packing & Seals

Minimal leakage: Heavy Duty Style V-packing has good sealing effect with minimal leakage, and with the increased pressure of the hydraulic oil and improvements to its automatic sealing function, Heavy Duty Style V-packing has no obvious increase in leakage even in poor working environments such as high pressure and high temperature

Good compatibility: Because Heavy Duty Style V-packing soaks for a long time in the hydraulic oil, there is little swelling, shrinking, or hardening affecting sealing function loss, so the Heavy Duty Style V-packing of the hydraulic oil has good compatibility

Due to the quality of synthetic rubber sealing compression type Heavy Duty Style V-packing has larger compression deformation at work, so the static friction resistance is particularly high, usually more than double the kinetic friction resistance. So much static friction resistance in some low pressure hydraulic transmission systems is bound to cause adverse reactions such as low pressure and difficulty handle crawling, this is because the very small size Heavy Duty Style V-packing alone is used as the sealing pressure in the dynamic seal
